Are you a Leader? We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and “Take the Lead”. Because this is a profession, not an 8 to 5 job, this successful candidate will be on a Principal Engineer track.
We offer a unique environment, which provides you with Business Management and Business Development (Sales) support team.
*What you should have:*
* 7+ Registered Engineer in Nevada.
* 10+ years’ experience in successfully managing and scheduling a project team.
* Proven success in the development and approval of Civil Improvement plans.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* A People Person with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Passionate, driven, and goal oriented; committed to winning.
* An individual who sees their work as a reflection of who they are.
*What you will do:*
* Be responsible for the profitability of the company, overseeing all engineering and technical design of civil engineering projects
* Communicate directly with clients.
* Lead the client communication through project completion.
* Manage/direct Production team’s manpower resource including work tasks, schedules, and hours.
* Manage/direct Production team’s project consultants.
* Ensure projects are on schedule and profitable.
* Provide representation at P&Z lobbying meetings and public hearings.
* Forecast and update invoicing schedules.
* Steer projects to their budgeted profit margins.
